So far, I’ve gotten ALL SIX ag newscasts (three stories for two stations) loaded in for tomorrow and have picked out my four stories for a two minute newscast to load for tomorrow morning.
I’m going to grab some food with a lovely guy and come back, write up these stories for the web, edit them for air and have tomorrow morning good to go!
Then all I have to do is prepare the noon newscast, the evening newscast and do ag news for Tuesday.
Hopefully, Ben comes back to work happy with my story choices and reporting. It’s a little scary when he’s not here to edit or catch my errors, even when the errors are tiny.
The DJs and managers have of course offered to help as much as needed, but that’s still a limited amount when Ben is the one who knows our news department inside and out.
Not taking a breath until 5 p.m. tomorrow
