This is where a 20-something college idealist/student journalist comes to put editorialized - and sometimes personal - thoughts that don't get to be published at the school paper or other real-world jobs. Things written here only reflect me, and while I try to maintain grammar and AP style, I can only do my best.

So I lied.

I was actually 59 words over.

I just realized, out of nowhere, it’s 1500 words. Not 1550 words.

Now, after adding follow-up answers and the changed story and filling that one gaping hole, I’m a whopping 30 words over.
